We've resolved the system latency issue, and performance should now be back to normal. One known side effect remains: the "pebble" counters that display entity counts next to the navigation tabs may not update automatically until the underlying root cause is fully fixed — the figures shown may be out of date, though this doesn't affect the data itself. We're continuing work on a permanent fix and will update you once it's fully resolved.

We're currently investigating widespread latency affecting the platform, including JobWatch and the unscheduled jobs view not loading for some customers. Our engineering team identified elevated database timeouts and a backlog of system messages beginning around 07:08 BST and is actively working on mitigation. We'll share another update as soon as we have more information. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience.

We are currently experiencing system latency that is affecting the scheduling module. During this time, some users may experience delays or errors when attempting to create and save jobs.

Our engineering team has identified the underlying cause and is actively rolling out a scheduled system update across our servers to mitigate the issue. We are closely monitoring the system's performance as this release progresses.

We apologise for any inconvenience this disruption may cause to your operations and will provide another update as soon as the rollout advances or the issue is resolved.
