    We are upgrading our database infrastructure to enhance performance, security, and reliability. This upgrade will improve query execution speed, introduce advanced security features, and ensure long-term support for our systems. Our goal is to provide a more efficient and secure experience for our customers.


    While we anticipate this maintenance will significantly enhance system performance in the long run, the process may temporarily affect our production environment.


    You might experience brief periods of slower performance or temporary unavailability of certain operations during the maintenance window. Furthermore, while there may be delays in tracking vehicles and resources, please be assured that tracking points will be stored locally on the tracker and will be incorporated into the map once the maintenance is complete.

    To minimize any disruption, our DBA team will closely monitor the database throughout the maintenance period to swiftly manage any performance issues and maintain the stability of our production environment.

    We expect the task to be completed within the four-hour window.
