    Snowflake have confirmed that the issue is now resolved

    Snowflake have mitigated the issue in all regions except Azure - East US 2 (Virginia). There may be ongoing delays to processing of data, but we expect these to catch up within 24 hours.

    We are aware of an issue with Snowflake at this time. Details on the issue are below;

    Customers hosted in the specified regions may be unable to execute queries and may experience query performance degradation. Data clustering may appear to be in an unhealthy state. Additionally, users may experience delays or failures when using Snowpipe or Snowpipe Streaming to ingest files. Affected users may see a "SQL execution internal error" message or similar error messages.

Partial Outage: SMS and Xero Invoice Sync

    Our engineers have been made aware of an ongoing issue with SMS Notifications and Invoice Syncing, due to a service outage at our external providers; Twilio and Xero.

    Services Affected
    - SMS messages may be delayed or fail to send
    - Invoice data may not sync with Xero, resulting in a connection error note
